Guided Films LLC., with unparalleled professionalism, represents commercial & residential properties for location shooting of motion pictures, commercials, still photography and special event projects.

If you are interested in listing and hosting your commercial or residential property as a location rental, we encourage you to submit an email including 5-6 photographs depicting the exterior and interior of your property for consideration. We’re seeking businesses, offices, boardrooms, warehouses, restaurants, bars, boutique shops. Modern, contemporary, modest & spooky houses for interior & exterior filming.

If we agree to represent your property, we will contact you and provide a representation agreement. If we agree to represent your property, we may request to take additional photographs.

Guided Films LLC., will contact and notify property owners once said property is under review and in consideration by producers and/or production companies. Project schedules and compensation rates will be negotiated in advance of the project dates. Formal agreements and insurance policies will be provided, executed and delivered to property owners in advance of project dates. Hardwood floor, carpet, stair, banister, surfaces and entryways will be properly protected from damage and debris by producers and/or production companies. Any furnishings or decorations temporarily moved will be replaced as seen prior to arrival by producers and/or production companies. Surfaces will be disinfected and floors will be broom swept prior to producers and/or production companies vacating the property.

By submitting your online application, you represent that:

1. You are the owner of the property or that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the owner.
2. You are the owner or copyright holder of all photographs submitted.
3. All photographs submitted remain the property of the photographer or other copyright holder, and you grant Guided Films LLC., the right to use the images without compensation.
4. You understand that submission of the online submission and photographs, does not create a representative relationship, unless Guided Films LLC., expressly accepts your application.
5. By submitting photographs of your property, you grant permission to Guided Films LLC., to utilize the photographs for the purposes of considering whether to represent your property, and to present the photographs to Producers, event planners, location scouts, and others to ascertain whether the property would be of interest to them.
6. Upon acceptance of your application and entry into a representation agreement, Guided Films LLC., may use, display, copy, post, publish, exhibit and/or distribute for marketing and promotional purposes, the photographs in any form, including but not limited to, electronic, print, digital, and/or electronic publishing via the Internet.
7. Any photographs submitted with the online application will not be returned to you.
